Learning never ends.

The only way to get good at anything is to just do it – over and over and over and over and over again. Therefore, all new employees begin working directly with customers in guest relations, providing specialty service treatments and/or technical services at New Talent pricing. We use a level system outlining specific areas of mastery required to take the next step. Basic training can take three to six months depending on the skill level of each candidate. After that, training is on-going as part of our culture and commitment to high performance expectations, individual achievement and personal development.
