We have high standards. Always have. Always will. We take training service providers very seriously. Our lead trainers work with New Talents – recent graduates of a cosmetology, esthiology or massage school – to refine their skills and develop their craft. New Talents are licensed, passionate and ready to begin their career.

All model services are performed by New Talents under the supervision of a Caruh lead trainer. Services take longer because our training and coaching is meticulous. If you have the extra time, you will love the experience.
