what I love about massage: massage gives me a venue to express my creativity. I mold every technique I’ve learned to make my own unique service, adjusted to fit each unique person I treat.
beauty is: everywhere. Sometimes beauty is easily recognized – sunsets, laughter, great music. I try to find beauty in uncommon places – struggle, tears, hardship. What initially seems like pain or discontent has a deeper layer that, once broken through, allows beauty to emerge.
5 words that describe me: calm. joyous. passionate. fun. tenacious.
favorite thing about caruh: having worked in medical and treatment settings in the past, I shied away from spas, assuming they were catty and superficial. Caruh quickly proved me wrong. My coworkers make a job I already loved exponentially better.
favorite thing about seattle: such variety – in our neighborhoods, terrain and weather. Growing up here has instilled a love of the Northwest and shaped my views. It is a great place to practice seeking beauty in unusual places – how else would I have learned to love our gray, cloudy days?
